The Vinícola de Nulles, with the Cathedral of Wine as its emblem, is the story of a town's effort to realize a dream. A yearning for hope that is almost impossible after the great desolation caused by the phylloxera plague.
It's the beginning of 1900, and after hundreds of years with plantations and family winemaking, the inhabitants of Nulles decide to join their resources and knowledge to create the union of Sant Isidre and build the town's cellar, the Cathedral of Wine of Nulles .
This emblematic building, the work of Cèsar Martinell, one of the greatest exponents of the modernist movement, stands out not only for its beauty, but for bringing together all the qualities necessary for winemaking.

ROUTE BETWEEN VINEYARDS WITH TASTING OF 5 WINES
Walk between octogenarian vines and dry stone banks. We discover a landscape privileged by many crops in "the last Dry Plain of Catalonia". We tour the Cathedral of Wine and end up tasting the fruits of this land.

THE ORIGIN OF CALÇOTS
Nulles is located 5 km from Valls, the gastronomic capital of calçot. This experience will allow us to discover the relationship between the vineyard and the cultivation of Calçot IGP Calçot de Valls. We will return to visit the modernist cellar and taste the wines and cavas of the Vinícola de Nulles with a special calçotada aperitif.
