The route along the Jewish street of Valls passes through the initial Valls' town of Vilaclosa, which includes the old medieval streets. The important economic and commercial weight that Valls had achieved and the demographic and urban growth experienced by the town explain the fact that, in the middle of the 13th century, the settlement of a Jewish community took place, one of the most important in the Camp de Tarragona
