The Gaià Studies Center (CEG) was founded in 1996 with a group of people from the Museu de la Vila, who want to continue with the activity of promoting the study and dissemination of culture, history, the society, landscape, traditions and customs of the middle valley of the Terres del Gaià. In this way, cultural outings, excursions, conference cycles, talks and publications stand out among its activities.
