The Gothic Hall of Ca Segarra and the Anti-Aircraft Shelter in Plaça del Blat have been recovered as a museum space to make known a very important part of the history of Valls between 1931 and 1979., from the proclamation of the Second Republic to in the Transition, going through the civil war (1936-1939).
