Estol Verd Celler is located in the village of Rodonyà, in the Alt Camp, in the manor house of Cal Joan Rosset. In the past, wines had already been made in the cellar that were intended for sale in bulk to large companies who then sold them in retail.

It is a small winery where we make wines from grapes from our estates. We harvest manually, always choosing the most favorable area and varieties for our wine, looking for the optimal harvest point to ensure the good quality of the wine. Once the grapes are in the cellar, we process them according to our criteria, either when putting them in barrels or when making the blends, which we choose by mutual agreement.

As for bottling and labeling, we do it almost manually.

ORIEN-TAST - Wines, nature and hiking

Orien-tast is a group wine tourism experience, it is a hiking activity in which you have to search for and taste various hidden wines on different routes that pass through the estates of Estol Verd Celler (Rodonyà), discovering the agroecology, the landscape and the history of the rural world.

Explore the wine landscape and taste the secrets of wine with Orien-tast.

On each route you will discover our agricultural environment. Every season of the year the vineyard provides us with a landscape of different colors. You will walk through the almond and olive trees so characteristic of our surroundings, while enjoying the aromas and flavors of our wine.

You will be able to taste the wines in the field and self-assess your level of tasting in a fun way, debating in a group or individually the sensory aspects of the wine. All this with the help of an app called Orientast, which will help you follow the route and find the hidden wines. Discovering territory and nature, carrying out a healthy activity suitable for all ages, in which the little ones can also participate and find their little treasure.
