The hermitage is located on the eastern slopes of the Prades mountains, perched on the left bank of the Glorieta river. The current building, blessed in 1779, replaced an old 16th century temple, dedicated to Sant Antoni and the Virgin Mary. According to tradition, the image is a found godmother. The current sanctuary, much revered in the region, has a baroque facade flanked by two circular towers.
