Caves Vidal i Ferré were founded in 1991 by the current owner, Ramon Vidal, who, together with his family, decided to launch an illusion matured over years.

In these small family caves, an excellent artisanal cava is born. Putting the same care into all its varieties, made without haste, with good quality bases, a lot of dedication and a desire to do things well. Through an artisanal process, which involves a long rest in the silence of the Vidal and Ferré Caves, and in which the use of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes is combined, an extraordinary cava is made. One of the reasons for the excellence of this cava lies in the ancient tradition of the Cistercian monks, who introduced the vineyards to Les Pobles, and their link with their French brothers and with the Templars of the region of Champagne.

Located in a privileged environment, between the monastery of Santes Creus and the mountain of Montagut, the vineyards of Les Pobles grow in highlands very suitable for producing our select cavas. You will find the Vidal and Ferré quarries in the small town of Les Pobles, in the Alt Camp region, just 5 km from the Santes Creus Monastery.
