In 1930, the Agricultural Union of Bràfim was founded; the objective of this association was the defense of farmers' production, improvement of the agricultural production process and commercialization of the agricultural products of its associates.

Later, in 1985, by Law 4/1983 of Cooperatives of Catalonia; it is now called Cooperativa Agrícola de Bràfim and Caixa Rural de Bràfim, Cooperative Limited Liability Company. And currently, it is constituted as the Agricultural and Credit Section of Bràfim.

The entity consists of four sections, the wine section, the dried fruit section, the Almassera section, and the Credit section intended to act as a financial institution for members.

The company's activity is the production of quality wines; and it is in the year 1998, when a new phase begins in which the wine produced is bottled for its subsequent commercialization in the market.

Our effort in the production process has gone towards technical improvement and the optimal use of our resources, in order to obtain a wine of the best quality.

The cooperative produces grapes exclusively from the vineyards of our members, coming from the terms of Bràfim, Vilabella, Nulles, Puigpelat, Alió and Montferri, belonging to the 160 members, who currently form the wine section of the Cooperative.
