Rumors by Neil Simon. Comedy. By the Theatrical Grouping of Calaf The 32nd edition of the City of Tàrrega Theater Groups Contest will bring six stage productions in competition.

The pageant, organized by the BAT Theater Group, is a successful audience in the comedy genre.

The performances will take place at the Ateneo Theater at 2/4 from 10 pm. The honors will distinguish the best main and secondary interpretations in the masculine and feminine categories; set design; management and group.

The competition is supported by the Department of Culture; the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya; and the Provincial Council of Lleida through the Llerdencs Studies Institute.

The pageant raises the comedy full of boundless situations that will show the adventures of four couples attending a seemingly normal wedding anniversary party in a chic New York area. All the initial glamor, supposed to accompany upper class people, will be transformed into a salvase who can!

Rumors premiered in 1988 at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego, USA and was soon scheduled to be broadcast on Broadway. Neil Simon is one of the most iconic authors of contemporary American comedy and creator of one of the most hilarious texts of the 20th century, The Strange Couple.
