The romesco from Santa Coloma is a special dish with as a base dried codfish (bacallà). The tradition passed from parent upon child, and every year the village celebrate this special dish with traditional catalan dancing and a contest of preparing the best plate. In this contest locals and visitants can participate. After the meal the traditional dances will return and there will be a outside ball untill late at night.
